What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is my data still private on paid plans?
Absolutely. Privacy guarantees apply to all plans. Files are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. No plan has access to your document content. Enterprise plans include a dedicated data processing agreement (DPA) and SSO for team access control.
What happens when I hit rate limits?
API endpoints return a 429 status code with a Retry-After header. Free tier allows 10 requests per minute. Pro users get 100 requests per minute. Enterprise plans have no rate limits.
