1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDF Forge ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.

Our service is designed for technical professionals. By using it, you acknowledge that you understand the operational parameters of PDF manipulation and data security.

2. Use of License

  • Scope: Permission is granted to use PDF Forge tools for personal and commercial use in accordance with these terms.
  • Restrictions: You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Commercial use beyond the free tier requires a Pro subscription.

3. Infrastructure & API Limits

Users bypassing rate limits face account suspension. We reserve the right to throttle bandwidth during peak load.

In no event shall PDF Forge be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services.

6. Data Governance

Encryption

All files are processed using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

Privacy

We do not store your documents permanently. Files are purged 2 hours after processing.

Our compliance team is available to discuss enterprise-level SLAs and custom security requirements.
